On a Sunday night 15mins before they were due to close I made a big order of about 10 pizzas, plus fries and garlic breads The staff were so patient, kind and accommodating. Food was delicious and ready in like something like 20!!!! BIG thank you
After looking at some of the poor reviews, it really does surprise me. Maybe a bit expensive for kebabs but the quality is exceptional (even warmed up in the microwave) your decision is, do you want to pay a bit more for a really good kebab, or go cheap and get a cheap tasting kebab. I will keep paying a bit more and really enjoy my food.
I highly recommend the garlic bread with cheese: It's delicious, and always perfectly cooked. They also do a great cheeseburger. Though my son loves their chicken nuggets and fries.
I've been here a few times now and never had a bad experience. I'm quite happy to bypass all the local takeaways near me for a 20 mile round journey. Slightly expensive the kebabs are but they make that up with the portion size so you can't really complain. Excellent chilli sauce that goes with the kebab, its not hot but full of flavour! Finally polite staff who all make an effort to look respectable by wearing shirts and ties. I definitely recommend this place!
The best chicken kebab I've had. Massive chunks of beautifully flavoured grilled chicken and so much of it! The chips are also a winner!
Been going to Hawkins 20 years! Food is always above expectations, get a lot for your money and kebabs are the best around. Chips are made fresh to order, not soggy. Excellent service, polite and friendly on arrival, everyone cooking makes you feel welcome. Would recommend!
